To becoming a franchisee of The WAITING GAME:
1 Complete a Request for Information.

2 After we received your request for more information, we will call you
to conduct a brief phone interview to determine mutual fit and compatibility.
We will ask you about your background, goals, and strengths, as well as
the areas/territories of interest and your timeline.
3 If it appears that there is a good fit between your interests and strengths
and our System, we will then ask you to complete the

4 We will send you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for review.
You will need to sign the receipt and return to us.
5 You will then review our Franchise Disclosure Document with your business
advisors and make note of any questions that you may have.
6 You will then schedule another meeting with a representative of The WAITING
GAME to discuss your questions and to further determine your fit and compatibility
with our System. If we determine a mutual fit, we will determine geographical

8 Once the Franchise Agreement has been executed, you will receive your
Start-Up Kit and Operations Manual, access to our Intranet, and we will

offer you a franchise unless and until we have complied with applicable
pre-sale registration and/or disclosure requirements in the applicable
